Time to start training again! As most of you know, the Barn Burner was postponed June 19th, because of the Eagle Rock fire in the Flagstaff area. It has been rescheduled for September 11th, 2010. Our Wednesday mountain bike was at Trail 100 this week. Tysen, Ramon and I started our ride at 6:15. The temperature wasn’t that bad, but the humidity was high. Tysen and I went for a mountain bike ride about 6:15pm out at Desert Classic. It was really hot! We started out strong, but the heat got to us at about 6 miles into the ride. Tysen and I went mountain biking at Pemberton Trail this morning. This was our last long training ride for the upcoming Barn Burner in Flagstaff this upcoming weekend. It was the hottest day of the year so far, but that doesn’t stop mountain bikers. There was a great turn out for this years 2 Wheels 4 Hope Mountain Bike Benefit Race and Fun Ride.
